Save the Dates: Free Online Workshop

Updated: Jul 22, 2020

Pick the day that works best for you: July 16, or July 21

Whether you’ve just recently started working from home, or you have been for a

while, having the proper ergonomic setup and an effective but brief daily mobility routine can mean the difference between feeling great and developing debilitating back and neck pain. It’s pretty rare for any of our neck pain patients and most of our back pain patients to have ended up as patients needing Physiotherapy without some level of influence from their daily workspace ergonomics and a lack of incorporating some key mobility strategies into their day... In this workshop, you’re going to learn exactly what those daily routine and

workspace factors are, so you can continue to feel and move well … or return to feeling and moving well if you’re already dealing with pain.

This workshop is perfect for you (if any of the following describe you:)

● You currently or permanently work from home, but you’re not sure if your

workstation’s ergonomic setup is ideal and healthy for your body.

● You don’t have back/neck pain yet, and you want to keep it that way!

● You DO already feel some level of back or neck stiffness and discomfort …

especially since having to work from home.

● You’ve always felt like you needed to improve your posture but haven’t gotten

around to it, or you can’t seem to make “good posture” into a solid habit.

● You don’t want to visit a healthcare provider or ergonomic specialist in person

in order to address all the above.

What we'll cover

  • What is really going on when I am experiencing headaches, back, or neck pain

  • A simple routine to address postural and mobility issues that can tie directly into a case of back or neck pain, stiffness, or tightness

  • How you can set up your home office or if you’re “lucky” enough to be back at your main office, how you can set it up for success and success here is not having neck or back stiffness, tightness, or pain or end of day headaches
